Farewell Fur... for Now

The Rundown

Hi All! I have to apologize I have been in vacation mode and fairly slow getting back into things, yet back we are. I know I focus heavily on the weather, yet I feel like unless you live in California that is the first thing you check when you leave the house.

Lately it has been starting to brighten up (this last weekend was B-E-A-utiful) however it has still been a bit chilly. I took my last hurrah the other day donning a wool blazer and a vintage dyed green rabbit fur stole (it was free.. that's all I have to say about that... and I may have worn it on St. Patrick's Day..)

Something that I am slightly obsessed with would be my footwear because puddles are real and commuter shoes are a necessity. However, when your fancy shoes (work etc) can withstand puddles AND you can commute comfortably in them then they must be amazing. You have to love when Sperry makes the most Seattle friendly shoe on the planet. It even has PLAID FLANNEL on the side! You can't get more grunge friendly than that!

I found these beauties while doing a lunch break tour of NordstromRACK.com. For some reason psychologically that's when I think I find the best things and then I always come back from lunch with a spring in my step. Last seen here for $49. Seriously these are worth every penny.

Have a fabulous week and I will be back in action with more Spring outfits shortly!

Cheers!
-Rebecca
